By accessing the Sufi Overseas website or engaging our export services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Business-to-Business Services

Sufi Overseas operates as a business-to-business (B2B) export house. Product information, pricing, promotional offers (including introductory discounts) and minimum order quantities are intended for trade customers and are subject to written confirmation in a formal quotation or proforma invoice.

3. Quotations, Orders & Payment

• All quotations are valid for the period stated therein and are subject to stock availability.
• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed purchase order and any agreed advance payment.
• Payment terms, currencies and methods are specified per contract or proforma invoice.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on destination, incoterms and carrier schedules. Risk and title transfer in accordance with the incoterms agreed for each shipment. Regional fulfillment from our London and Melbourne hubs is subject to available local stock.

5. Samples & Promotional Offers

Free samples are provided for evaluation purposes at our discretion. Promotional offers, including first-order discounts, may be modified or withdrawn at any time and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

6. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. Natural materials such as areca leaf and jute exhibit inherent variations in texture and color, which are characteristics of the material and not defects.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — is the property of Sufi Overseas or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sufi Overseas shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability under any contract is limited to the value of the goods supplied under that contract.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India.
